  As I am sure is with most brides I wanted my 'special day' to be absolutely perfect. We had chosen to have our wedding cake as our dessert, so finding the perfect cake was of great impotance to me because EVERYONE would be eating it. I contacted Liselott for an appointment and found her professionalism & manner Fantastic - I was to look no further.

 We chose to have small chocolate cylinders as our wedding cake & the only thing left to do was to decide on the flavours. After trying the four flavours, we had narrowed it down to... - we found them all absolutely mouthwatering, so went for all four.

 I received ENDLESS compliments from guests, young & old that our wedding was one of the best they ever been to, and one of the reasons was because of how beautifully our wedding cake was presented and how delicious it tasted. It was a cake never to be forgotten!

For our wedding, Lisa created a 3 tiered white and milk chocolate wedding cake. Within the cake was a berry layer that gave the cake a moist, melt in the mouth quality. Lisa’s cakes not only taste divine, but her attention to detail in presentation is such that they appear flawless. The chocolate bows on the top of our wedding cake are the perfect example of this. It was fair to say that the cake was the most sought after item on the menu, adequately feeding the 40 guests and is still talked about today by those in attendance. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa Flett as an outstanding creator of unique wedding cakes, which will compliment the memories of your special day.

My mother's 70th birthday was a very important family moment and when I brought in her cake she was overwhelmed.  To have a cake designed just for her was something she will always remember, this was literally the icing on the cake and the professionalism, creativity and attention to detail was outstanding

I am extremely happy to be able to express my thanks to Liselott for the wonderful service she has already provided me with.  I have had two wonderful cakes already from her, the second being my niece's 4th birthday cake, designed to show her favourite princess the Little Mermaid.  Her face was a picture of delight.  Because of the success of these two creations I have asked Liselott to design my sister's wedding cake and her support in helping with the creation of this very important cake has guaranteed that I shall return to her for any future requirements for speciality cakes. Like every couple planning their big day, we wanted our wedding to not only be special but also wanted it to have a signature stamped on it that described us as a couple.
